After a year and a half of this trailer sitting in our driveway,
we finally pulled it together to take it for a spin!
As most of you know, I am pretty afraid of towing the camper.
Craig was kind enough to find a local place that we could
go that didn't require windy roads to get there.
Silverwood Lake here we come!

This was a quick turnaround trip. We packed like we would be there for a week!
We set up camp and then went venturing down to the lake.
The kids couldn't wait to go fishing...big hit with them!
Jordyn's style of fishing!
Catching the big one! HA!
Eventually Ryan figured that making a "Water Trap"
was more fun!
Craig bought a 2 man inflatable boat. It worked out perfect!

For trailer entertainment, Jordyn was challenging everyone
to Connect Four. I think she beat her Daddy this game! :0)
I love the life you and your wonderful husband have made for yourselves and your children. I love all of you SOOOO MUCH!

as soon as we invest in a new tent, we'll have to set a date :-) looks like a very relaxing weekend
ReplyDeleteSome of my very best memories from my childhood were our family camping trips. Your kids are so lucky to be making memories like these already. Looks like a last. We are in. Great splits Jordyn.
